The hotel was conveniently located near the main market and city attractions, making it easy to explore Aizawl. The clean and healthy environment of the hotel was really refreshing. The staff were warm and well-mannered, providing a pleasant experience during my stay. the hotel offered great value for money.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the language barrier with the staff caused some difficulty in communication.

We had a great stay at this hotel, which is located in a convenient and central area. It was easy for us to explore the main market and city attractions on foot. the hotel maintained a clean and healthy environment, and the staff were friendly and well-mannered, making us feel welcome. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Although the choice of food in room service was limited, the staff tried their best to cater to our needs. the hotel provided good value for money, which we appreciated.
We did encounter a slight language barrier with the staff, which sometimes made communication a bit challenging.

Parking was convenient, allowing us to easily explore this city and its surroundings. The staff were extremely warm and well-mannered, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. Spent Xmas in a centrally located hotel in Aizwal, which was clean and healthy. Staffs were warm and well mannered. the hotel was walking distance from the main market and several tourist attractions, making it an ideal spot to explore the city. Value for money was definitely a plus.
Although the hotel had several redeeming qualities, there were a few negative experiences. the language barrier posed some difficulties in communication with staff.
